Which products qualify for financing, rent-to-own, or layaway?
Nearly all products qualify, but there are a few exceptions. Playsets do not qualify for rent-to-own and animal shelters can only qualify for up to $8000 Rent to Own.
Why would I choose rent-to-own vs. financing?
Through our Rent-to-Own program, you can skip the credit check step and go straight to making a purchase with us. Our Layaway program also does not require a credit check and the payments for the Layaway program are interest-free.

Rent-to-Own Shed Program
No credit or poor credit? Rent-to-Own may be the answer for you.
With our Rent-to-Own shed program, you can purchase a shed without needing a credit check. You can choose the style and color of your shed, and have it delivered right to your location. After 36 to 60 monthly payments, you will have paid off the building and it is yours.

Program Details
- This program is not for short-term rental. If you are looking for a short-term rental, we have monthly rental units available.
- To order a building and schedule delivery, we require a security deposit and the first month's rent.
- An early Purchase option is offered with your monthly invoice. You only need to pay the remaining cash balance -- which is 60% of the contract balance on a 36-month rental agreement.
- The Rental Contract may be voluntarily terminated at the end of any monthly term without penalty. Just give us a 15-day notice to schedule a pick-up.
- Rent-to-Own is only available within Virginia, and is only available within 60 miles of any location.
- The maximum Rent-to-Own allowed amount depends on the type of the structure. If you are looking to buy or rent a more expensive building, contact us to see what option are available.
