For added performance, many builds include LP Tech Shield roof sheeting and LP ProStruct flooring installed over pressure-treated joists.
To make your shed more functional, Carriage models can be upgraded with double doors, single carriage doors, strap hinges, transom windows, larger windows for natural light, and garden vents for improved airflow. You can also add shelves, stone accents, and custom paint colors for a truly finished look.

Across our display lots in central and northern Virginia, we have hundreds of sheds and outdoor structures – most of which are available for sale. While they are not customizable, these sheds can be delivered quickly – usually within a few business days.

Book Your Site Evaluation
Unless you purchase from our in-stock inventory, your shed will be custom-built to match your needs. After construction, your shed will be delivered and installed by our professional team. We’ll provide guidance on preparing your backyard for your shed.
You can request that we come and check your site if you have a question about how a structure could be installed on your property. During this site evaluation meeting we can also answer any questions you have and talk about your custom options.
Unless a building is purchased from our in-stock inventory at one of our sales lots, they are all custom designed.
Yes. All of our buildings are built to meet Virginia building codes. If required by your local zoning office or HOA, we can provide engineered plans for your structure for a fee.
That depends on where you live. As of 2014, the Virginia state building code does not require a building permit for a single-story storage building that is 256 square feet or less in size. However, some counties and municipalities may still require a building permit for structures under 256 square feet. In addition, zoning permits or HOA approval may be required regardless of size.
Because local requirements can vary, we strongly recommend contacting your local permitting office to confirm what is needed for your specific property before purchasing. As part of our Site Evaluation, we can also help answer questions about zoning or HOA considerations that may apply.
