No Credit Check
In order to qualify for storage building space, With Rent To Own storage buildings, there is no hassle of credit checks, as all customers are pre-approved. This means you can start storing your items a lot sooner. Even if you have great credit, you can still get a rent to own storage without risking your credit.
To order portable buildings and schedule delivery at Capitol Sheds we require a security deposit and the first months rent for all rent-to-own storage sheds.
An Early Purchase option on portable buildings is offered with your monthly invoice. You only pay the remaining cash price balance which is 60% of the contract balance on your 36 month rental agreement.
Trade Up– trade your storage sheds (size or style) as your needs change and get credit for your investment applied to your new storage sheds.
The Rent-to-own Contract on your storage sheds may be Voluntarily Terminated at the end of any monthly term without penalty. Just give us 15 day’s notice to schedule a pick-up.
Rent-to-Own from Capitol Sheds is only available within Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Southern Maryland (via our Warrenton, VA office) and is only available within 60 miles of any Capitol Sheds office.
The maximum Rent-to-Own allowed for portable buildings is six thousand dollars. Ask your salesperson what options are available if more then 6000.00
