Unless you purchase from our in-stock inventory, your shed will be custom-built to match your needs. After construction, your shed will be delivered and installed by our professional team. We’ll provide guidance on preparing your backyard for your shed and can even help with site prep if needed.

Yes. All of our buildings are built to meet Virginia building codes. If required by your local zoning office or HOA, we can provide engineered plans for your structure for a fee.
That depends on where you live. As of 2014, the Virginia state building code does not require a building permit for a single-story storage building that is 256 square feet or less in size. However, some counties and municipalities may still require a building permit for structures under 256 square feet. In addition, zoning permits or HOA approval may be required regardless of size.
