What to Know About Shed Moving Before You Schedule

Is my shed eligible to be moved?

To qualify, the building must be portable and built with 4×4 runners underneath. These runners are required to safely secure the shed to our trailer. We do not move sheds that were built on-site.

Buildings taller than 12’6” cannot be transported due to road clearance limitations.

Shed relocation requires clear access for a pickup truck and trailer. If access is limited, specialized equipment may be necessary.

Yes. For shed moving and proper placement, the new site must be level or made level using cinder blocks, pressure-treated blocks, or a gravel pad. We can provide these services—please call for details.

Low-hanging branches, power lines, fences, septic fields, or tight access points may impact shed moving. Both the pickup and delivery locations must have clear paths.

Yes. For shed moving, buildings wider than 12’ require escort vehicles, which will result in additional costs.
