We charge a $95 fee for a professional site inspection and evaluation. However, upon purchase of the building of your choice, we will apply a $95 credit towards your purchase. During a site evaluation, our team will look over your property and intended location for your structure. We’ll discuss any site prep that needs to happen – including tree and limb removal, leveling out any slope, or if you will need to have a gravel completed. We can also answer any questions you have about your potential structure – including features, options, colors, and materials. At the end of the meeting, you’ll feel confident that you are choosing the perfect structure for your needs.
